Hello.

My name is Tasha McGhie, and I'm a credentialed PCC, Certified Youth Well-Being and Resilience Coach, and mom to a brilliant and complex child.

Advocating in allyship with neurodiverse youth and those who support them is a meaningful mission of mine. First as a coach and writing tutor, then as a first-time mother to a complex child, I've quickly realized that a coaching approach to parenting and teaching changes lives.

I champion behavioral-science based coaching across all of my programs, celebrating the creativity and curiosity of neurodiverse learners and caregivers, centering well-being, and pushing for radical change in our educational and workforce systems.

Whether you're here to learn more about my coaching services or you're interested in the power of writing for well-being, I look forward to discovering how we can become allies in the mission to support young changemakers as we positively transform schools and workplaces.
